I will start lifting weights now because I know that my legs are very strong and can lift 3x the amount that my hands can. I feel like I really need to start eating more because I am not very heavy(120pounds). I feel like this will help me in many other ways as well because on some tennis shots you will be forced to use your muscles and I need to get some upper body strength to climb up the ranking more and more.
This is a good post about how you want to improve and how your body works, but you need to show more proof like a chart which shows your improvement.
