Hill Run

      Finally a real fitness day where I can do my best. We did the hill run and I overlapped everyone 1 time and some people 6+. The thing that made me better than everyone else was not that I am very fit already. The thing that made a difference is that I PACED myself. I ran-jog always up the hill and even beat Mr.Davis up the hill( thanks to Parmeet telling me that he was coming while I was jogging up) I did my best and at the end I saw people extremely tired  and helped them while Iw as going down hill. The one thing that I could do better is not race people beacuse I will burn out my energy quicker.
