So we did the modified beep test but before that we had to do some exercises. Me and a bunch of my pals did it very fast and then we just waited and stretched until the girls were done. Then when it was our turn. I was being kinda over confident in my stamina and wanted to go full on and still try and finsh all the 20 or so beeps. I did them all but I should have stopped at 10 but I stopped at like 11 and that wasted alot of energy. But overall it was good. I could have paced myself a lot better.
Try not to rush exercises, and pushing yourself is a good thing!
