School weight room

So I chose to improve my flexibility and get stronger legs. I chose to work on more of flexibility more. I chose to follow this website
http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/yoga/poses/stretching-tight-muscles/ and I will se how I do! After doing all these stretches it really made me feel a burn. Overall I think that if I keep on doing these at least 3 times a week I can become a little more flexible.
