Today we did this thing where you need to be in a group of 3. In my group there was zauq, Kyle and I.its called triple threat.
The weird thing is that all 3 of us have a injury of some sort so you would think that we couldn't do much but in reality all of us did so well.I didn't give up and took maybe five ten second breaks. The hardest part for me was probably lifting weights. I'm not supposed to lift any weights because of my elbow. I did do them and luckily my elbow did not hurt that Much. I feel like I could have done better when I was on the mat. My balance also needs improvement. Overall all 3 of us tried really hard and were sweating a lot after!

What's wrong with your elbow?
ReplyDeleteumm its like a muscle is supposed to be very flexible but my muscle on my arm is very stiff. SO whenever I lit anything or hit a frehand or backhand or anything that pushes against my arm it begins to hurt. I went to the phyio for this any my legs and he told to do some streches and ive been doing them so hopefully it gets better.

Working together with people who are either at the same skill level as you or as challenged as you (due to an injury of sorts) can really help you push yourself in friendly competition. IT's great that you can tell where you need to improve yourself, and that will help you better yourself later. Keep up the good work.
