Pyramid
Today we had a choice of things to do for fitness. There was yoga running and the pyramid. I choose to do the pyramids be cause my cardio is great and there were too many people at yoga plus I stretch at home so yeah. I stayed beside Zauq an Kyle because I feel like they can help push me. I went super fast and got to 9 or 10 reps of each activity. I found the birdies the hardest to do because it took a lot of energy to do them. I went super fast tho. By the end I was super tired and definitely gave it my all. I'm happy I chooses to do this instead of yoga and cardio because I had a great workout and had fun doing it except for the house music that was playing it was not very inspirational and felt like we were doing a beep test or community run.

Burpees… and yes it was a good hard workout. I was soaked.
